Kay, Larry, and families: We enjoyed being your neighbors many years ago on Broadway and also enjoyed your folks at Opportunity Christian years later. Our heartfelt sympathy to you all. Bev and Larry Madsen

Nina was such a wonderful, sweet, loving person. I am so blessed that I had the opportunity to care for her in her last 6 weeks or so of her precious life and be there for her until the time of her passing. She was a beautiful soul and I know she is where she longed to be, with our precious Lord.

Nina's family,
We were sad to read of Nina's passing. She was always happy and glad to see me during our visits over the last several years. I worked with Nina at DDS for many years and have some wonderful memories.
