Born August 5, 1942, in Republic, WA, to Albert and Juanita Kingman, Jon went to be with our Savior May 9, 2011, in Spokane Valley, WA. Jon is survived by his brother, James Kingman; wife of 38 years, Debra; daughters, Andrea (Quillan) Framstad and Alicia (Dave) Imus; and grandchildren, Eleanor, Daisy, Madison, Lorelei, and Carrie. He was a wonderful husband, father, and papa.
A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, May 14, 2011, at 1:00 PM, at Advent/Christ Lutheran Church, 13009 E. Broadway, Spokane Valley, WA.

Papa,
I miss you every day. I wish I got to know you more. The stories your daughters and wife share never fail to fascinate me, though my heart aches every time I hear them.
Every time I see giant rock formations, beautiful snowy mountains, or bountiful forests, I think of you. I go out in nature with my mom (your daughter Alicia) often to be closer to you.
If reincarnation is real, I have no doubt you are a giant ponderosa pine tree, providing shade and shelter to those around you.
I love you papa.

Jon,
My heart goes out to your family. I cannot even begin to imagine how it would be to lose my Dad. It scares me to think about it.
When you lived in Friday Harbor and Andrea and I were close friends, you always made me feel welcome in your home. You were a great Dad. I have very happy memories of those days when we were young!
