Shirley Gardner Obituary


GARDNER, Shirley M.

Passed away on April 30th, 2011 after a battle and complications from COPD. She is preceded in death by her husband and life partner of nearly 60 years, Walter Joseph Gardner, fondly referred to as Joe. Shirley is survived by her sister, Marilyn Petrick of Cheney, WA along with numerous nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews. Her career spanned almost 40 years of employment with the Bank of Fairfield. Shirley enjoyed life, challenged those she loved and will be missed. Upon request, there will be no service. Family suggests memorials be made in her memory to Waverly Cemetery, PO Box 62, Waverly, WA 99039. Please feel free to contact her niece, Ellen Harkness (509) 998-6521.
