Erma A.
Erma A. Myers (age 98) passed away March 2, 2011. She was born Feb- ruary 15, 1913 in Tonasket, Washington, daughter of Lake F. and Hattie P. Sills. She graduated from Hillyard High School in Spokane, Washington. She married Clyde F. Myers on April 25, 1931 and lived in Spokane, on a farm in Spangle and back to Spokane. For the past 12 years she has lived with her daughter Judith in Ferndale, Washington.
Erma loved flowers, and her beautiful gardens tempted many to stop and take pictures. She was a seamstress and avid quilter until a few years ago.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1990, her brothers, Bert Sills and Louis Sills. She is survived by her children, Donna Goulding of Saco, Maine, James Myers of Daytona Beach, Florida, Judith Miller of Ferndale, Washington and Steven Myers of Dayton, Washington; a sister, Opal Kuonen of Spokane, Washington; 12 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grand- children.
Erma will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her and loved her.
Funeral arrangements are being finalized with Hazen & Jaeger Funeral Home, 1306 N. Monroe St . in Spokane.
