Mr. Spence really was a kind and generous man. He was a good teacher and friendly. 10 years ago I ran into him and he had a very friendly and confident gleam in the eye and was enjoying his retirement. A very good and happy man.

I loved math & hated science, Mr. Spence taught me to hate science a little less. Great teacher & a special person. May he rest in peace & prayers to his family.
