I was very lucky to have known GG. I saw what a loving, caring mother, grandma, and great-grandma she was and how important her family was to her. The graveside service was very nice. Don, what you wrote about your mother-in-law was so heartfelt. My heart goes out to all of you for your loss. May all the wonderful memories you have of her give you comfort.

My Mother, Grace Northway, was not only a friend and a school mate - she was a cousin of Albert's. Mom would like to add her heartfelt sympathy - she regarded Dorothy as a wonderful lady.

To Kay and all of you who will always love this special lady...

I grew up on the corner of Washington and Buckeye and remember Mrs. Materne shopping at Beal's Store.

Whenever I return to Spokane and drive by your family home, I smile.

Thinking of you, Trudy Gronseth Swan
