Duane G.
A U.S. Air Force Vietnam Veteran passed away in Great Falls, MT on January 27, 2011. Duane raised in Spokane, enlisted in the Air Force retiring after 22 years of service. After retiring he returned to Spokane where he was employed by Utter Cadillac and later by the Veterans Administration. Duane was preceded in death by his mother and father Agnes and Iner Styren, brother Dennis. Duane is survived by his wife of 45 years Cornelia Hall and several brothers, sister and in-laws along with a step daughter, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 11th, at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church (Pastor Justin Johson) located at 8441 N. Indian Trail Rd., Spokane at 9:00 AM. Full military honors will be held at Washington State Veterans Cemetery at 11:15 located at 21702 W. Espanola Rd. Medical Lake, WA 99022.

Dad, I will miss you. All the times you would sneak Ray and I a cinamon roll or an apple turn over. I remember the times we went together to Yellowstone park, Glacier park as well as going up to Kalispell to a horse workshop. The time with you was not long enough. I am glad I had the last couple months to talk with you while you were in the nursing home. There would never be a long enough time, but I know I will see you in heaven. Your Grand children Chris, Coy, Faith and Michael as well as your great grand children Taylor, Katelyn, Briana, Amirah, Reagan, Ryliegh, Reese and Brady will miss you. I love you, Mary Your Daughter
