THURMAN, Faith "Arlie"
Arlie was born in Missoula, MT on May 9th 1927. She Is survived by her daughter Louise "Sallie" Kistle; granddaughters Angela (Jim) Fenley, and Amy (Dru) Searls; great-grandchildren Dale VanGorder, Katelynn, Jordan, Tyler, and Kelsey Searls. Arlie went to be with the Lord on May 30th, 2011 in Spokane, WA. There will be a celebration of her life on June 4th, 2011 at The Searls residence. Please contact 509-868-0683 if you need directions. We would like to extend a BIG Thank You to Horizon Hospice, as well as Beacon House. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Horizon Hospice.

I was lucky enough to have met Arlie and spend a brief amount of time with her. She had a quick wit and always had a joke or two for me. I will remember her fondly!

My dearest Aunt Arlie; I miss you terribly!! No one will ever know how blessed I feel to have been able to visit with you just 3 weeks ago. Leaving you the day I flew home was one of the most difficult things I have ever done. You were an amazing woman and could always make me laugh and feel good about anything. Your care and concern for others was so pure & heartfelt. While your passing has left a void in many lives and an ache in the heart that runs deep, it is comforting to know you are no longer in pain and struggling for each breath. I know that one day we will all be together again, healthy and happy in the presence of the Lord. Until that day,Gods speed.

I love and miss you so much Grandma! I know your happy and healthy now. I will have that vodka tonic on Saturday for you as you asked me to. Please always watch over us and show us the answers in the clouds as you always used to!
