Gayle Spegal Obituary

SPEGAL,
Gayle Marie

Gayle was born Gayle Marie Anderson in Seattle, Wash-ington on August 25, 1944. She passed away on January 31, 2011 from pancreatic cancer, with her daughters at her side. She joins her parents Lyle and Lois Anderson in heaven. Gayle graduated from Newport High School in 1961, and then attended Kinman Business School for one year, prior to joining the Army, where she proudly served for three years. Gayle lived in Kettle Falls, Washington for 17 years, and then settled in Airway Heights. She spent many years bowling on an all women's team both in Colville and Airway Heights. Gayle's life was personified by her sacrifice for her children, who meant more to her than anything in the world. She accomplished her greatest desire in life, nurturing her two girls until they became loving, independent mothers. She will be greatly missed, but we now have a new angel in heaven watching over our families. She is survived by her husband David; daughters, Connie and Charlene; sons-in-law, Marty and Michael; and grandchildren, Jordan, Conner, Wyatt, Jayme and Kendra; sister, Lynette; brothers, Wayne and Pete; brother-in-law, Al "George" Bishop; and sisters-in-law, Kathy and Pam. Gayle requested to be cremated. A memorial/get together is being planned for later in the spring to remember Gayle and celebrate her life.
