Entered into rest on April 3, 2011 in Spokane, WA. Born to Patrick and Celesta Connelly on April 24, 1922, in Valley City, ND, Geraldine worked many years locally as a cocktail waitress. She loved playing cards and bingo. She also spent many years volunteering at the food bank. She was a Gold Star Mother. Geraldine was preceded in death by two husbands and by her son, Jack, in 1969 (Vietnam). She is survived by her children, James (Sandra) Southwick, Ray (Carol) Southwick, Rick (Shannon) Southwick all of Spokane, and Janet (Carl) Waggoner of Washington State; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
