WALLACE, James Arthur, Sr. 'WALLY' July 3, 1938 to April 17, 2013 James Arthur Wallace, a lifetime resident of Spokane, WA walked into eternity on April 17, 2013 at 5:50 a.m. Jim graduated from North Central High School, joined the Navy, married Ellie Johnson then started his career with the Air National Guard where he served for 31 years.
