John was my wood shop teacher at Mead. Excellent instructor. He taught me power tool safety that I still remembered decades later when I was a general contractor. He also was my councilor at SFCC when I attended there in the mid '70's. I'll always remember the interest he took in his students, his big smile and his wonderful sense of humor.

So sorry to hear of your loss of Bill. Even tho we have not been in touch for some years many good memories have come to mind. Joe enjoyed his hunting trips with Bill. Bill was a happy person after he met you, the love of his life. It was a joy to see you and Bill together. Raising our families kept one busy and we all went separate ways but our hearts always remember the good times we shared.
Our prayers are with you and the family.

June dear, I was so sorry to hear today of cousin Bill's death. I have so many great childhood memories of the Mahers and Savages as youngsters. I also will never forget you and Bill caring for me in a difficult time in my life in the late 1950's. Hope to see you at Holy Cross.
