Kenneth Burnett Hoffman, born January 30, 1924 in Detroit Lakes, MN passed away at ManorCare on June 8, 2018 at the age of 94. Ken graduated in 1953 from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry.
Ken married Yvonne Winans in Spokane, WA on March 7, 1981. Ken practiced dentistry in the Spokane Valley for 37 years. He also practiced dentistry at the Yakima Valley Farm Clinic for 13 years.
Ken enjoyed golf, skiing, camping, hunting, and fishing; but most of all spending time with his wife, great-grandchildren and loving family.
He will be remembered by his wife Yvonne, step-children, Christi (Tom) Swearingen, Kevin (Betty) Winans; granddaughter Brittaney (Rob) Denson, step-grandson Shawn (Persephanie) Hanson, great grandchildren Jacob, Libby, Briseis and Kiauna; as well as Ken's step-siblings, Carol Allen, Charles Armsbury and Patty Dyche and two children, Patricia and Ken Jr. Ken was predeceased by his son, Mark. Also, numerous golfing Men's Club Members at Liberty Lake and Meadowwood golf courses.
A Memorial Service for Ken will be held on Monday, June 18 at 2:15pm at the WA State Veterans Cemetery, 21702 W. Espanola Rd., Medical Lake, WA.
