Lillian Petersen Obituary

PETERSEN, Lillian "Norma"

Special thanks to Dr. Vanderbosch, Avalon Care Center and DSI North for everything you did for her. Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry; son, Ken; parents, Bill and Mable and brother B.J. She is survived by her sons: Pat (Pam), Dave (Dale); daughters:
Teresa (Mike) Sjostrom, Lil (Jeff) Massie; sisters: Betty, Carol, Pat, Audey, Fran, Tede; 13 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. A Vigil Service will be held Friday, March 11, at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, March 12, at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of The Three Companions at Gonzaga Preparatory School, 1224 East Euclid Ave. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, 7200 N. I always looked forward to giving my Aunt Norma a big hug when I saw her... she was a fiesty one... but her smile came from deep in her heart... and you could FEEL it like a hug... her eyes had a twinkle that kissed you and made you feel good. I have had so many fun and comfortable times spent with Norma, Jerry and my cousins and those times are most prevailant in my childhood memories! The little house on Rebecca street was a great place to be... Love forever.. Debbie (Stenerson) Bell

May you rest in peace Aunt Norma, we love you and will miss you dearly. My memories will remain of all the times I got to spend the night with you when I was young, eating at the picnic table and going swimming. I was so blessed to have you in my life.
