(Age 91)
Passed away on March 20, 2011 in Odessa, Washing-ton. She was born on February 18, 1920 in Ruff, Washington to Henry and Katie (Frick) Schibel. Lucille graduated from Odessa High School in 1939 and then attended Kinman Business University. She worked for many years as a loan officer in Spokane. She is survived by her brother, Donald Schibel and Lorene of Odessa, Washington as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, John, her parents, and two sisters, Lillian Derr and Dorothy Galloway. Lucille enjoyed traveling, her camping group, and dancing. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Riverside Memorial Park, 508 N. Government Way, Spokane, Washington with Pastor Jon Hayashi, officiating. She will lie-in-state at Strate Funeral Home, Davenport, WA on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 from 12:00 noon until 4:00 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Odessa Healthcare Foundation. STRATE FUNERAL HOME, DAVENPORT, WA is caring for the family.
