MOEN, Morrie
(Age 83)

Born November 27, 1927 in Harlowton, Montana; passed away May 29, 2011 in Spokane. Morrie moved to Spokane with his family 1929. He graduated from Lewis and Clark High School in 1946, served two years in the U.S. Army then returned to Spokane and graduated from Whitworth College with a degree in Economics and Accounting. Morrie opened Moen Sales, Inc in 1961 with his father, Ed Moen. Morrie retired in 2003. He was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Mary Ann Moen and his brother Roland E. Moen. Survivors include his wife, Virginia Cardinal Moen; son, Michael Moen; daughter, Molly Beyer (Curt) and two grandchildren: Billy and Katie. A Memorial Reception will be held Saturday, June 4, at Commellini Estate from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Horizon Hospice, 123 W.
