Family was the most important part of his life and he leaves behind in addition to his wife six children Christy and Gary Jones, Spokane, WA; Greg and Kathy Mayer, Colfax, WA; Nancy Greenwalt, Ritzville, WA; Brian and Chris Mayer, Maui, HI; Lori and Jon Tiessen, Anacortes, WA and Todd Mayer, Ritzville, WA, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The Rosary will be recited and the funeral Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:00 on Saturday, February 26, 2011 at St. Gall's Catholic Church, Colton, WA. Dear Clara Mae and family,
We are so sorry to hear about Orville's passing. He was a friend, motivator and mentor to many during his days as Manager of St. John Grain Growers. His knowledge, common sense and love of people shown through in all of his activities. Orville appreciated a good joke, loved golf and enjoyed his association with so many people in the grain industry.
We will miss him at the next annual meeting. He will be well remembered.
All our love to you Clara Mae,
Dain and Janine.
