Ralph was an outstanding example of a person who stands up for his beliefs and takes action for the betterment of his community. While I served with the Spokane Police Department, Ralph was instrumental in the birth and continued development of Crime Check and it's Silent Witness program. He will truly be missed. Hello,
I'm sorry to hear of Ralph's passing. He was a very kind and interesting man. I first met Ralph when I was a young girl, and my Dad took me out to his house for a visit. I then got to know him through Rotary, and his relationship with my Dad. He was always very nice to me. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
