Ray was very special to me. Dennis and I were girlfriend and boyfriend in elementary school, high school and college. Dennis and I were always up to something, and Ray and Louise accepted our antics with smiles and laughter. With the Guenthers, everything was special. They were always kind to me, and loved all of Bob and Dennis' friends. They shared their love with me, and I will always be grateful. Ray and Louise are dear to my heart, I love them and they will be in my thoughts forever. Kay-Kay

This is Terry Berg; I use to work at Vera Water & Power while going to highschool and college. I remember Ray well and still remember his smile. My friend Tom Slade worked there as well and I believe purchased Ray's 66 green impala from him. I was surprised to see how long he worked at Vera, age 85, and then to hear he live to 102!

i just had to comment when I saw this today. Our thoughts and prayers with the family.

I didn't know Mr. Guenther well, and it's been years since I've seen him, but what I remember is his wonderful smile and his kindness to us "teeny boppers" way back when. He was a very special man, and I know his son, Dennis, is just as special as he was.
