(Age 81)

Entered into rest March 28, 2011. He is survived by his wife Christine; four daughters, Linda (Bill) Taylor, Anatone, WA, Darlene (Pat) LaVigne, Spokane Valley, WA, Sheryl (Mike) Van Dinter, Veradale, WA, Janet (Ray) Salle, Vancouver, WA; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; two brothers, John Kubas, Yakima, WA, Emil Kubas, Spokane, WA; four sisters, his twin, Mary Wanner, Dickinson, ND, Irene Koeler, Dickinson, ND, Martha Roundsville, Dickinson, ND, Angie Swenson, Newport, WA; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by five sisters and two brothers. Tom and Christine met in Dickinson, ND and married on April 18, 1950 and moved to Spokane, WA in 1953. Tom worked for the Armour Company and retired when the plant closed. He later established his own home improvement business. He was a member of Eagles, Aerie 2 and enjoyed outdoor activities. The family wishes to express their appreciation to all the staff at Sunshine Gardens. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, April 2, 2011 at the Funeral Home. Reception to follow.
