William Burril Obituary

BURRIL, William "Bill"

God saw you were getting tired, and a cure was not to be. So he put his arms around you and whispered, "come to me". With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away. All though we loved you dearly we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest. God broke our heart to prove to us, he only takes the best.
Bill passed away April 25th, at his home where he chose, surrounded by his family. Bill was born to Bert and Alice Burril on March 9, 1933. He was the 3rd of 7 children, Bill started working at a young age for the SP&S Railroad later becoming a Conductor which now is the Burlington Northern, Bill retired in 1978 after a back injury. He has delivered the Spokesman-Review in the Chewelah/ Valley area for the last 20 years. Bill is survived by his wife Jeannette; three sisters Olive, Myra, and Linda; also by his children, Alec, John, Jodi, Billie Jean, Jill, and Julie; 18 grandchildren and 31 great-grand- children. Bill is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Bert and Vern, sister Doris, children Norman and Judy.
