Just found out that Don passed away. I was his secretary while he was Mayor for the City of Moscow. I have such fond memories of Don and presented him with a scrapbook at the end of his term. My heart goes out to Brian, Darla Kay and Elizabeth. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
