Of Spokane went to be with the Lord February 11, 2011 at the age of 68. He is survived by his beloved wife Charlotte Parsley whose mother Rebecca "Betty" Egbert also passed away the same day, February 11th, 2011, his children, Laura Armstrong "Thad", Patricia Bracey "Marc", James Parsley "Judy", and step children Darrell Campbell "Inna", and Donia Campbell "Erica" and his nine grandchildren. I miss you Pat, you are my best friend, my mentor/teacher with neverending patience with me. Your laughter,sage advices, you have always been there for me when I needed help the most , you are a very special gift from GOD to me, I couldn't have asked for any better , a Blessing to others in our community, a loyal friend, you are in my heart and memories always, I love you man, till we meet next time...
