Of Spokane went to be with the Lord February 11, 2011 at the age of 68. He is survived by his beloved wife Charlotte Parsley whose mother Rebecca "Betty" Egbert also passed away the same day, February 11th, 2011, his children, Laura Armstrong "Thad", Patricia Bracey "Marc", James Parsley "Judy", and step children Darrell Campbell "Inna", and Donia Campbell "Erica" and his nine grandchildren.
