CHRISTENSEN, Amber Kay

Amber Kay (Wohlers) Christensen passed away on February 17, 2018 in Fern Park, FL., at the age of 33.
Amber is survived by her parents; husband Geoff Christensen; their two children, Gaige and Macie; her brother, Derek Wohlers (Ericka); grandparents, Jim and Leila Adams and grandmother, Beverly Wohlers; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was preceded into death by grandfather, Harold Wohlers. Amber was born August 6, 1984 in Spokane, WA to Tim and Linda Wohlers. She graduated from CVHS in 2002 and completed her AA Degree from SCC. She married Geoff Christensen in 2005 and they lived in Spokane till 2015 when they decided to move to Florida where it was warm, sunny and beautiful beaches. Amber was always very artistic. She became a nail technician where she could be very creative with her artistic ability. Amber loved to dance and was a Zumba instructor which led her to many friendships that she cherished. She was a Godly woman and her faith was very important to her. She will be missed by all. Dance with the angels our sweet baby.
A memorial service to celebrate her life is scheduled for 11am on March 10th, at Valley Real Life Church, 1831 S. Barker Rd. Greenacres, WA, 99016. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Anna Ogden Hall, UGM Woman's Crises Shelter or the Amber Kay Memorial Fund at any STCU branch.
