GUPTIL, Dana L.
The Guest Book is expired.
Was born October 15, 1934 in Bangor, Maine to Lawrence and Violet Guptil. Dana passed away on October 22, 2010 in Spokane, WA. His loving wife of 37 years, Druzella Guptil; 12 wonderful children; 26 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren survive him. Dana spent some time in the US Air Force and after he worked in a slaughterhouse. He loved the outdoors, enjoying hunting, fishing, camping, and cutting wood. Dana had unique ways of making people laugh, and was always fun to be around. He took pride in his family and everything he did. There was not a day that went by that his family did not know he loved them. When he was around, we were safe and secure. He taught us unconditional love, forgiveness, and Grandpa's candy always tasted better. We will forever remember him as Dad, Grandpa, and Dana. We will forever be thankful God blessed us with him.
"In our hearts, you will live forever. We love and miss you Dad, Grandpa, Dana." Funeral service will begin at 11:00AM Thursday, October 28, 2010 at RIPLINGER FUNERAL HOME 4305 N. Division Spokane, WA with interment following the service at the Chattaroy Cemetery.
