Passed away on August 6, 2011, in her Peoria, AZ home. Judy was born December 9, 1944, in Spokane, WA. Judy was rais-ed in Spokane, and was the oldest of six Yarno siblings. Judy graduated High School from Holy Names Academy in 1963, and was an active member of the Spokane Junior League as a young adult. Judy had a passion for art, interior design, decorating, gardening, fashion, athletics, and was an avid bowler and golfer earlier in her life. While she spent many of her adult years pinstriping cars at Wendle Ford in Spokane, she was best known as "Mom" "Aunt Judy" "Grandma Judy" and "G-Ma". Judy was a loving mother, sister and grandmother and is survived by her sons, Michael Nevin, and Patrick Nevin; sisters, Sandy Schafer, and Terrie Palladino; brothers, John Yarno and George Yarno; grandchildren, Ashley Nevin, Jake Nevin, and Jack Nevin, as well as three nieces and five nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Wanda and Dick Yarno, and her brother Ricky Yarno. Judy touched many lives, and her memories will forever connect us to her spirit. She will be deeply missed. A Memorial Service will be held at 3pm, Saturday August 13, 2011 at Heritage Funeral Home 508 N. Government Way Spokane WA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.

Such a beautiful and glamorous woman, who is survived by such an amazing & beautiful family! Her legacy lives on in her sons and their kids. She must have found such joy in all of you. Mike & Pat, I'm so sorry that she's gone.

Pat and Mike and Family ..My deepest sympathy goes out to you both and a wonderful lady and will be greatly missed,, However she will be in company of the ones who have gone before her and my late wife will have a great friend to reminisce with may they find joy and comfort fond memories wayne avery

We are so saddened of your mother's death. Judy was a nice neighbor and Dukie and Sebastian were great friends. We know she wasn't feeling well, but we wanted to let her have her own space and privacy.
She loved all of her family with a strong passion and talked about all of you often. Remember to keep the loving memories of her close to your hearts. We will miss her, Barb,Herb & Sebastian Gutterman
