Marion Harrup Wright, RScP. (ret.), age 90, graduated into her next expression tonight, April 17, 2016. A native Houstonian, Marion married, raised a son, and worked for Getty Oil for 30 years. She was a spiritual practitioner and teacher at Creative Life Spiritual Center, where she was a member since 1996. Marion was a proud member of the Greatest Generation, having been a young woman during World War Two.
She now rejoins her son Billy and her longtime canine companion Rusty. Rusty's successor April mourns her loss, as do Marion's half brothers, Paul and David Harrup, and half sister Marie Harrup, and her caregivers in her final months with us, especially Ruth Catalogna, Carthel Smejkal, Deb Barnes, Vicky Jeter, Malené Njeri, and the staff of the Pines at Oakhurst.
A Celebration of Marion's life will take place at Creative Life Spiritual Center 5326 Spring-Steubner Rd, Spring Texas 77389 on Saturday, April 30, at 3:00pm. Condolences may be offered at www.millerfuneral.com
