News Death Notice

BARCH-MIGHT, M. Louise 83, of Springfield passed away Saturday morning, September 7, 2013 in the Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born January 1, 1930 in Beavercreek, Ohio, the daughter of Fred L. and Mabel (Hottinger) Camden. Louise was a member of First Lutheran Church, the Elks Lodge 51 and former member of Northwood Hills Country Club. She was an avid golfer and retired from Wittenberg University with 26 years of service. Louise loved spending time with her family and being a grandmother. She will be sadly missed by her beloved family and friends. Survivors include her husband of 17 years, Richard W. Might of Springfield; two daughters, Cheri (Bill) Hochstettler of Westerville and Vicki (Scott) Meyer of Springfield; step-daughter, Deborah Stooksberry of Springfield; step-son, Richard T. (Nonnie) Might of Tipp City; two sisters, Blanche Bullock of Fairborn and Cyndi Kohler of Xenia, Ohio; four grandchildren, Beth Hochstettler of Columbus, Jacob Hochstettler of Westerville, Meghan and Kylie Meyer both of Springfield; step-grandchildren, Jodi Stooksberry of Cincinnati, Keli Stooksberry of Springfield, Drew Wood of New Carlisle and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband of 44 years, Donald E. Barch in October of 1993; one sister and two brothers. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the First Lutheran Church, 30 South Wittenberg Ave. Springfield. A memorial service to celebrate Louise's life will begin at 10:30 a.m. in the church with Pastor Jim Christian officiating.
