LINDEMAN, Mary Catherine "Kay" 74, of Springfield, died at 6:09 p.m. Thursday, December 20, 2012 in her residence. She was born in Springfield on June 4, 1938 the daughter of Clarke J. and Helen L. (Sullivan) Armentrout. She, with her husband Jim, owned and operated Business Equipment Company for 22 years. She was the former music teacher, organist and choir director at St. Joseph Church and more recently the organist and choir director at St. Michael Church, Mechanicsburg. She enjoyed traveling, but most of all spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Karen S. (Jerry) Rolfes of Xenia; two step-children, James D. "J.D." (Shonda) Lindeman of Springfield and Dena J. Woodruff of Bellefontaine; seven grandchildren, Catherine, Sabrina, Brendan, Elana, Brett, Kristina and Michael; four siblings and spouses, Ann Bryan of Jamestown, Connie (Richard) Miller of Springfield, Alice Frost of Urbana and Robert (Sue) Armentrout of Springfield and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim in 1999, two brothers-in-law, George Frost and Ronald Bryan and former companion, George Winkhouse. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday in CONROY FUNERAL HOME. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Joseph Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
