HEATON, Mildred Mae (Allebach) age 93, of St. Paris, Ohio passed away Thursday, August 21, 2014 in the Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy. Born in Rosewood, Ohio on October 5, 1920, Mildred was a daughter of the late Elza and Georgia (Hubble) Allebach. She married Roy E. Heaton on September 3, 1938 and he preceded her in death on January 20. 1993. Together they raised three children, two of whom survive; William (Joyce) Heaton of Conover, Ohio and Marilyn (James) Smith of Medway, Ohio. She was a loving grandmother to three grandchildren; William Heaton Jr. (Tracy Gallaway), of Leesburg, VA, Lisa Heaton of Troy, Ohio and Margaret Hay of Englewood, Ohio and eight great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Ann (Bill) Cummins of Port Orange, FL. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her son Roger Heaton, a sister, Elizabeth Warner and brother Robert Allebach. Mildred graduated from Rosewood High School in 1938. She attended the First Baptist Church and was a member of the Eastern Star, Mt Olivet, Christiansburg. She worked at Heartland of Piqua for 10 years as a housekeeper. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 25, 2014 at 12:15 p.m in the Atkins-Shively Funeral Home, 216 S. Springfield Street, St. Paris, Ohio 43072 with Reverend Dr. James VanZile presiding. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, St. Paris, Ohio. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 10:00 am to 12:00 p.m prior to the funeral service in the funeral home with Eastern Star services at 12:00 p.m. Condolences to the family may be sent to www.shivelyfuneralhomes.com

You are now on the other side with my Mom, your sister Libby. I have memories when I was a child, going to your house, we sat in your kitchen. You had many dolls in another room, the parlor maybe. Marilyn gave me a ride on her shoulders. Blessings to your family still here on this earth.
