News Death Notice
MUSIC, Nordean 74, of Springfield passed away Monday, June 4, 2012 in her residence. She was born in Paintsville, KY on September 1, 1937, the daughter of Oscar and Fannie Meade. Nordean retired from the Woodrow Corporation with 20 years of service as a press operator. She was preceded in death by her parents; son Alan Music; and sister Patsy Lester. Survivors include her husband Charles R. Music, whom she married Nov. 28, 1960; daughter Bonita (Frank) Barbee of New Carlisle; brother Curtis (Madeline) Meade of Van Lear, KY; grandchildren Dawn (Josh) Adams, Sean Yoakem, Cody Yoakem, and James Music; great-grandchildren Josh Adams, Daylyn Adams, and Layna Adams; special friends Lana Hughes and Betty Ball. Family and friends may call Wednesday from 5-8 pm in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. Services to honor Nordean will be Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 2:00pm in the memorial home with Rev.
