News Death Notice
PHIILLIPS, William Joseph age 70, of Ft. Pierce, Fl. passed away on June 14, 2012 in Vero Beach, FL. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Sonja Scott Phillips, 2 daughters, Kimberly Roddy of Springfield, OH and Angela Eleyet of Urbana, OH. He has 5 grandchildren, Brandon Current of Sneads, FL; Laura Park of Springfield, OH; Lee, Sarah and Anna Eleyet of Urbana, OH. One great grandson, Michael Larry Park of Springfield, OH. He has 5 sisters, Annetta Lamson of Rittman, OH; Margaret (Patty) Ellebruck of South Vienna, OH; Mary Lee Van Blaricom of Ft. Wayne, IN; Gerri Perkins of Springfield, OH; and Debra Harbage of South Charleston, OH. He has several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Willard and Anna Phillips and brother Michael Dale Phillips. Mr. Phillips was born in Blaze, KY on December 23, 1941. Mr. Phillips was a retired truck driver from Wilson Freight and Advance Transportation and served in the United States Air Force. A memorial service will be held at INGLING WILLIAMS & LEWIS FUNERAL HOME in S. Charleston, OH, June 21, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Condolences may be forwarded to the family by visiting www.jacksonlytle.com
