News Death Notice

TAYLOR, Cheryl A. (Conover) went home to be with her Lord on the morning of February 17, 2014. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend to many and a servant to the Lord. She is survived by her husband of 43 years , Larry, son and daughter-in-law, Matthew and Lynnette (Champ) Taylor, 3 granddaughters, Mollie, Abbie, and Zoie, father and step-mother, Robert and Bette Conover, sister Joyce (Bill) Welch, sister-in-law and brother-in-law Sara and Dick Keeran, and many nieces, nephews, and close friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Marjorie Conover and sister, Kay Conover Soldner. She was a member of First Church of Nazarene and helped her husband teach the young adult Sunday School Class. She will be greatly missed by her family and countless others whose lives she touched, and she left many memories to cherish for all who loved her. Calling hours will be Wednesday, February 19th from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Jackson Lytle & Lewis Life Celebration Center on N. Limestone Street; memorial Celebration of Life on Thursday at 11:30 a.m. at First Church of the Nazarene on Home Road, with burial following at Ferncliff Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Condolences may be expressed at www.jacksonlytle.com.
