News Death Notice

BRYAN, Beverly J. 59, of Springfield passed away Tuesday morning, August 12, 2014 in Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born June 19, 1955 in Jackson, Ohio, the daughter of the late James W. and Loretta (Moore) Morris. Bev enjoyed spending time outside on the golf course and traveling with her beloved husband where they once hiked to the bottom of the Grand Canyon. She had many careers including Blockbuster Video, a pharmacy tech and others while working her way to her dream job at Rocky Lakes Golf Course. Bev was an avid gardener and enjoyed taking care of her plants. She will be deeply missed by her loving family and friends. Survivors include her husband of seven years, Kelly G. Bryan; one daughter, Lori (Dave) Haskin of Orlando, Florida; two sons, Eric Knott and Matthew Knott both of Springfield; five grandchildren, Courtney, Zachary, Tyler, Savannah and Gage; her dog, Wyatt; a beloved brother, a special nephew, Dustin Bryan and numerous other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Sue Zinn; brother, Ronnie Morris and her father-in-law, "Pops" Don W. Bryan. A celebration of Bev's life will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 1 pm in the Hillman Manor at the Springfield Masonic Community, 2655 W. National Rd., Springfield, OH 45504.
