Clifford Dywaine LIFERIDGE Sr.

LIFERIDGE, Clifford Dywaine Sr., Homegoing services for Mr. Clifford Dywaine Liferidge Sr., of Land O'Lakes, passed away May 8, 2013, will be held on Friday, May 17th, 10 am at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd, with Rev. Namon Perkins, Jr., officiating. Interment will be in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell. Cliff joined the United States Navy where he served from, Jan. 11, 1984 to Jan. 31, 2004. While serving in the Navy he became a war veteran participating in Desert Storm/Desert Shield, The War on terror, and other wars. He retired from honorable service with numerous awards, including The Navy Sailor of the Year and war decorations to include: The Kuwait Liberation Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal, The War on Terror Medal, and the Combat Action Ribbon. In 1988, Cliff was a man dedicated to his country and after retiring from military service; he joined the Military Sealift Command where he traveled all over the world. Clifford leaves to honor his precious memories: his wife Kim, of 25 years; his children, Kiera, Clifford Jr.; adopted son, Jamal Keesee; parents: Jacob, Jr., and Edith; brothers: Anthony (Tracy), Wallace (Stephanie), Derek, and Tory (Tashia); father and mother-in-law: Richard and Earline; sister-in-law: Wakima; brother-in-law: Kenneth; and loving family and friends. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Friday for the service.
