Eugene V. LITTEN

LITTEN, Eugene V. 85, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Nov. 12, 2013. He was preceded in death by his son, Steve Litten. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Litten; his children, Joyce A. Litten, Carol Calbert (Rodney), Mark E. Litten (Margaret), and Teresa E. Fittro (David); step-sons, Rick Cundiff (Cynthia), Roger Cundiff (Sherri); grandchildren, Jeff Rupp, Rebecca Bailey (Greg), Benjamin Cal-bert, Marcia Bennett (David), Marisa Litten, Melanie Litten, Nathanael Fittro, Rachael Fitt-ro, Dawn Bears, Hope Keno-yer, and Stacey Hughes; step-grandchildren, Stephen Cun-diff, Peter Cundiff, Heather Cundiff, Staci Cundiff; and seven great-grandchildren. He served in the United States Marine Corp and was a past Lieutenant of the St. Petersburg Fire Department where he retired after 25 years. He also owned his own television repair company which he worked on his days off from the fire department. After retiring from SPFD, he worked as a State Fire Marshall for a year and a half. Eugene had a true love of music & began a gospel quartet where he was the Bass singer & played the piano for many years. A memorial service will be held at 4 pm, Sunday, Nov. 17th, at the Seminole First Baptist Church, at 11045 Park Blvd., Seminole. He will be missed by all that knew & loved him.
