Malcolm BUTLER

BUTLER, Malcolm born June 11, 1922, made his transition to be in the presence of Jesus Jan. 31, 2014. Malcolm was preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Butler. He is survived by his wife, Hazel Butler; daughter, Carolyn Butler; and daughter-in-law, Nancy Butler; grandchildren, Kevin Rice, Wayne Butler, Deanna Butler, Bryan Butler; great-granddaughter, Cheyann Butler; and great-great-grand-daughter, Janella Butler. Born and raised in Houston County, AL, he served as a corporal in the U.S. Army during WWII. He moved to Tampa in 1952 where he was a general contractor building some of the finest homes in Hillsborough County. He was a member of Christ Fellowship Church and he loved reading his Bible. A Church Service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 8th, at 1 pm, at Christ Fellowship Church 300 E. Sligh Ave., Tampa, FL 33604, (813)238-5673. Visitation at 12:30 pm prior to the service. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery, Tampa.
