COTTO, Monica 84, of Tampa, passed away Feb. 15, 2013. Monica was born in Puerto Rico and came to Florida from New York three years ago. She was protestant by faith; and enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family and friends. Monica is survived by her nine children, Nilda I. Rodriguez of Tampa, Robert Rios of New York, Ruth Rios of New York, Edward Rios of New York, Eneida Camacho of Tampa, Raul Rios Jr. of New York, William Rios of Spring Hill, Wilson Rios of New York, and Madelene Martinez of New York; brother, Juan Cotto of Puerto Rico; 20 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
