FATHERLY, Olivia B. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, May 11th, 11 am at St. John Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, 2504 East Chipco Ave. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park. Deaconess Olivia B. Fatherly was born on Sept. 10, 1945 in West Palm Beach. She passed away suddenly April 30, 2013. She moved to Tampa in 1950. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Bowie State University in 1973. A very active member of St. John Progressive Missionary Baptist Church where Rev. Dr. Bartholomew Banks Sr. is Pastor. She faithfully served her church in many ways namely: Deaconess, founding member of Choir #3, Choir #3 President, Publicity Liaison, Vacation Bible School Teacher, Finance Committee Member and Christian Speaker. Survived by sons, Michael T. McNeal and Delatorro L. McNeal II (Dawn McNeal); her grands, Miracle S. McNeal and Hope C. McNeal; Ball family Patriarch, Dea. Charlie C. Ball Sr.; nieces, Valarie D. Bell, Sabrina Y. Bell-Brooks; nephew, Christopher A. Bell; cousins, Dea. Charlie Ball Jr. (Patricia), Barbara Ball Bell, Doris Jones (Arthur), Christine Poole (James), Freddie Ball (Lessie). Pre-Celebration of Life Service will be May 10th, 6-8 pm at St. John Progressive Miss. Bapt. Church, 2504 E. Chipco Ave, Tampa, FL 33605. Open reflections remembering Olivia B.
