Allen-my friend, with those beautiful blue eyes, I want to thank you for our two beautiful daughter and the times we laughed. So much was still left unsaid but I know you know that I will always love you. I stood by your side through so many trials and tribulations and I know you tried to do the same for me. We will meet again my friend. May God embrace you and keep you.

Rest in peace, John. You made me laugh often back at RTHS. While we were not close friends, you were one of the guys who made an impression. And when you went to as many schools as I did, someone remembered years later obviously made quite an impression. You will be missed.

John:
You and I weren't the best of friends but we shared many laughs, usually @ each other's expense! I remember you as a funny, intelligent guy who stuck up for his friends and went out of his way to see positive attributes in everyone he met. It has been said 'Only the good die young;' I believe that to be true, in your case. Godspeed to you, John...

John was like a brother to me, I will never forget him. His cocky grin and quick wit a part of the cherished memories of my young life. Over the last couple of days I'm amazed at how many things bring a with it the thought of John. Cardinal baseball, an AC/DC song even the old Pamida parking lot. I can't help but smile. Unfortunately over the last couple of years life had gotten in the way and I didn't stay in touch as I should have. John I will miss you man, but you will live on in my memories and a with the stories I will tell my children. About the times way back when when I was young me and my good buddy John used to..................
To Johns family. I am sorry for your loss, take comfort in knowing John was loved.

John has been a friend of mine from Rantoul in HS. I remember lots of fond memories of him joking around and playing cards. He always had a smile n his face and something funny to say.
My prayers are with his friends and family.I just lost my Dad as well.....and I pray that they are both in heaven...happy and whole.
Remember...it is not good-bye.....it is...UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN!

I could write a book of all the stories of times we shared growing up, many of them I still joke about to this day. I will miss you my friend and will always be thankful for the recent calls and talks about our lives and the many trials and tribulations we have all faced. I will make sure your daughters always have someone to call when they need a good story to cheer them up. I will end this just like our last call we shared with... "I love ya man"

me. i wish i had a recent picture with my daddy...
