William Laughner Obituary

LAUGHNER, William James Sr. born Feb. 11, 1918, in Coraopolis, PA and died July 23, 2011, at the Masonic Home of FL in St. Petersburg. He graduated from the University of VA with a B.A. in pre-medicine and from the University of FL with a B.S. in pharmacy and served in WWII as a surgical technician. He was a member of St. Petersburg Lodge #139, F&AM, 32nd degree, Egypt AAONMS, and Kappa PSI Pharmaceutical Fraternity Gamma Sigma Chapter. He was a former member of Pasadena Community Church in St. Petersburg and Williamsburg United Methodist Church in Williamsburg, VA. He enjoyed walking, horseback riding, tennis, Judo, Karate and playing the piano. He is survived by his sons, Gregory Lee Laughner, Williamsburg, VA and W. James Laughner and his wife, Gail, in Fairhope, AL. In lieu of flowers, please donate generously to the Republican Party. Anderson-McQueen 727-822-2059
