Charles Marsh Obituary

MARSH, Charles "Charlie" 76, of Clearwater, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2011. Born July 11, 1934 in Flemington, NJ, moved to Clearwater in 1973 where he worked for the City of Clearwater until Jan. 1997. He was a very kind person who was liked by all who knew him. He was an avid sports fan and especially enjoyed Gator football. He spent his retired years traveling the country with his wife and beloved dog Billie. Charlie is survived by his wife, Rose of 56 years; his children, Rose Wagner and husband Galen of Clearwater, Patty Tucker and husband, Kevin of Palm Harbor, and Charlie, Jr. of Newport, WA. He will be affectionately remembered by his grandchildren, Joey, Kevin, Stephen and wife Marcela, Gregory, and Maribeth; as well as his great-grandchildren, Abbie and Ayden. The family asks that memorial donations be made to Hospice of The Florida Suncoast. Services will be held Friday, June 3 at 7 pm at Suncoast Hospice, 2675 Tampa Road, Palm Harbor, casual dress preferred .

Rose,
I'll always remember Charlie as a kind and gentle man. I loved talking to him on his many walks with Billie. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this sad and difficult time.
