SCHOENBERGER, Cynthia Cain, 60, of St. Petersburg and Naples, FL passed peacefully into the spiritual world on Feb. 14, 2013 at home under Suncoast Hospice care, after a five year courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her devoted husband of 36 years, Arthur Schoenberger; their son, Neil; granddaughter, Hailey; her mother, Kathryn Cain; & sister, Pamela Young. Cynthia was preceded in death by her father, N. Dale Cain of Naples. Cynthia was born in Independence, MO, graduated Naples High School 1970 and USF-Tampa 1976 with an Accounting degree. A CPA, past party rental store Owner (Cynthia's Party World) in Naples and successful Real Estate Broker Associate in the Naples, Seattle and St. Petersburg markets. A real dynamo, enthusiastic with a positive attitude. She always said, "People trust me with their most valuable asset, it's a responsibility I take seriously." Her real estate mind was active to the very end, trying to negotiate that final deal. Her life was cut way too short, she will be missed by those who knew her and loved her.
