Earl Lovelace Obituary

LOVELACE, Earl M. III "Rocky" 57, of Tampa, passed away July 26, 2011 at home under the care of his loving wife and family. His was a long courageous battle with melanoma but is at long last at peace with our Lord. He was born Nov. 1, 1953. He is survived by his wife Margo Lovelace; his mother Barbara Ann Hughes; stepfather John Hughes, all of Spring Hill; two sons, Michael David Lovelace and Earl M. Lovelace, IV, of Tampa; two stepdaughters, Nikoletta Nanasi of Hungary and Timea Sivertsen of New Zealand; two sisters Barbara Hughs-Hunt of Tennessee and Lori Damato of Spring Hill; five granddaughters and one grandson; as well as many other loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins too numerous to mention. He was part owner, Vice President and director of M& B Products, Inc., a family owned and operated business. He once said, "As large as his family was. It did not compare to how large his extended family was that M & B provided through its clients, employees, and friends over the years." He will truly be remembered for being a loving husband, a devoted father and grandfather, a principled businessman, a compassionate and dedicated friend and member of the community. God has called home one of His. Visitation will be held Sunday, July 31 from 4-8 pm and funeral services will be held Monday, August 1st at 10am at Blount & Curry Terrace Oaks Funeral Home in Temple Terrace. Interment will follow in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the American Melanoma Foundation www.melanomafoundation.org/AMF/donation.htm Words of comfort may be expressed at www.blountcurry terraceoaks.com.
