HOSSMAN, Jack E. of South Tampa, passed away on Feb. 16, 2013. He was born in McMechen, WV, and moved to Tampa in 1969. He was Methodist by faith and a faithful member of Manhatten United Methodist Church. Jack was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict, having proudly served his country. Jack was predeceased by his loving wife, Gloria Hossman, the mother of his children; his son, Jack J. Hossman, and Deanna Morris. He is survived by his son, Daniel Hossman of Wesley Chapel; his daughter, Susan Brower, & her husband, Darren, of Waxhaw, NC; and his daughter-in-law, Wendy Hossman of Lakeland; brother, James Hossman; and sister, Judith Padlow of McMechen, WV; 7 grandchildren, Richard, Matthew, Chad, Ashley, Anthony, Danielle and Leah; and 1 great-granddaughter, Alysen; his loving companion, Mildred "Willie" Wilson of Tampa. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to LifePath Hospice or to Manhatten United Methodist Church. FRIENDS will be received on Thursday, Feb. 21st, from 6-8 pm at the South Tampa Chapel, 3328 S. Dale Mabry Ave. A Celebration of Jack's Life will take place on Friday, Feb. 22nd, at 11 am at the South Tampa Chapel, with interment to follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.
