Kay Connett Obituary

CONNETT, Kay of Clearwater, passed away May 31, 2011. A devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Kay is preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Thomas Connett. She is survived by her children, Gary (Diane) Connett, Steven (Deborah) Connett, Brian Connett, and Kathy (Don) Zeppenfeld; grandchildren Angie, Casey, Lindsey, Brad, Lauren, Morgan, Katie, Hilary, Steven, and Elisabeth; and two great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7 pm to 9 pm on Friday, June 3rd at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home 2853 Sunset Point Rd., Clearwater. Funeral services will be held 10 am Saturday, June 4th at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kay's memory to Suncoast Hospice.

We have so many fond memories of Kay. She was a very special person. We especially enjoyed the trip to Mexico with her. Also, a special Birthday Party for her given by you, her family! God Bless your Family at this time! Bill and Fran Newman.
