ALCORN, Mary Lou born on June 5, 1927, in Trego, WI, passed Nov. 20, 2012, in Sun City, FL. She was the devoted wife of Cecil Alcorn for 67 years; loving mother to daughters, Cheryl Caltagirone (Jim) and Betty Lou Rogers; adoring grandmother to Marcus Caltagirone and Karla Stockton; and delighted great-grandmother to Maxwell Stockton. Mrs. Alcorn was a well-respected teacher in Hillsborough County Schools for 23 years after receiving her BA with honors in Language Arts and Library Science with USF's first graduating class in 1965. While simultaneously teaching full-time, and supervising the night-school library at King High, she received her Masters in Education. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
