BANDT, Phillip "Phil" age 75, Thonotosassa, formal-ly of Brandon, passed away on June 22, 2013. Preceded in death by his parents, Ethel Marie & Lawrence Bandt. Survived by his twin brother, Carl (Mary) Bandt; nieces & nephews, Laura (Carelie) Bandt, Molly (Bill) Bandt, Dan (Sherryl) Bandt, and Matt (Mary) Bandt. Phil received his PhD in psychology from The Ohio State University. He enjoyed a variety of career opportunities including the Peace Corp. in Hawaii & Nepal, academic appointments (the University of California Berkley, Temple University, The Ohio State University, Pennsylvania State Unive-rsity), the Zephyrhills Correc-tional Institution, and until shortly before his death, the Brandon CostCo. Phil was a very kind, caring, supportive and unpretentious brother, uncle colleague and friend. During his short and terminal illness, he greatly appreciated the love and support that he received from his family, fellow employees at Costco, including Val and Nick, the staff at his final home in Stone Ledge Manor, and members of the Teal Hospice Team. www.NationalCremation.com
