Bobbi will be deeply missed by family and friends. I will remember her wit and since of humor always and that will help us all deal with her not being with us everyday. Your deepest sympathy to the family. Just remember she is in a better place.

Dear Joycie - Though the miles have separated our families, the memories are so vivid - I still remember playing in the basement with Bobbi and Van so many years ago when you were all here in Olean. Know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and the memories are sweet.

Dear Family of Bobbi,
I worked peripherially with Bobbi at Essilor in St Pete from around '98 to '06. I have worked for at least a dozen companies over my 40+ year career, and at each one of them, there are always "the people to go to that know the answers" or "the people that know the answers and will ALSO be glad to share and help you out". Bobbi was one of those people. A lot of managers and executives along the way ended up looking very good in large thanks to the hard work that Bobbi did behind the scenes with tremendous focus and energy and dedication. I so wish now that I had taken the time and made the effort to socialize some with her just a little more so as to know her better. But even though I did not do that, there are still some co-workers that "you just like". They are just nice people, and are friends -even if it is only at work. Bobbi was one of the nicest people I knew of at the company during my 8 years there. She was also smart and professional and cared about her work, of course. But it was really her genuine (non work-related)personal "niceness" that made you just HAVE to like her. If anyone there did NOT like her, it would be amazing to me - I could not even imagine it. Everyone there loved working and interacting with Bobbi. She had, in my opinion, that "hard to describe" quality -- some intangible ingredient in her personality that most of us just don't have but wish we did. I am so sorry she had to leave us so soon. My deepest sympathies go out to you - her friends - and more especially, her family. We will all miss Bobbi dearly. I just have to believe that if she left us so soon, then she HAS to have traveled to a much much better place. I think that we will all meet up with her again in that other world when our appointed times also inevitably come. At least, I sure hope so. Again - I wish I had the right words to express my sorrow at your loss. I hope that your faiths and strengths will carry you through this most difficult of all possible times. Time will stop the pain - we just have to make it through that time.
With love and prayers for all of you,
John
