O'CONNOR, Steve F. "Tubby", 93, of St. Petersburg passed away Nov. 28, 2012. Born in Lansing, Michigan, he moved his family to St. Petersburg in 1950 and was self-employed, doing business as O'Connor's Mobile Home Service, retiring in 1981 from Knight's Trailer Service. He loved fishing, playing cards, the Rays, and stockcar racing -helping his grandsons at Sunshine Speedway. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Helen; daughter, Bonnie Partelo (David) of St. Petersburg; son, Tom O'Connor (Connie) of Seminole; daughter, Linda Caldwell (Ken) of Livingston, TN; grandsons, Rob Partelo (Diane) of Largo, Dan Partelo (Mindy) of St. Petersburg, & Joe Muhrlin of Largo; granddaughters, Shelly Fitzgibbon (Sean) of Seminole, Amy Tulk (Mike) of Land O' Lakes, & Sharon Clevenger (David) of Largo; 12 great-grandchildren; niece, Diane Johnson (Bill) of Lansing, MI; & nephew, Mike O'Connor of Lansing, MI. Graveside service at Memorial Park in St. Petersburg at a later date.
